This project research deals with the process of writing instruction and difficulties encountered by young beginning reader-writers at school. Based on a design thinking approach, I carried out interviews with experts and users and I ran field surveys to identify and figure out problems clearly. Then, I drawn five chapters up explaining methodically why we write and we need to learn to write, what’s their learning’s complexity, who influences this learning process and how design could help problem-solve.
